Making Homemade Pasta

Guess who got a pasta attachment for her KitchenAid this Christmas? Why yes I did. How did you know? 

First, you have to roll out the dough to the desired thickness. 


Then you start cutting the dough into the size pasta the you want. 



 Ta da, done! Then just hang up the pasta to dry.



We ended up having to raise the pasta to keep the dogs (actually, the cats) from eating the pasta.
